Ember Fusion is an offline sliding-tile puzzle game. You slide numbered ember plates around a board until every plate is back in its cradle, across forty levels in four halls.
Ember Fusion does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. Everything the game knows about you stays on your device.
None. The game never asks for an email address, a phone number, a name tied to a real identity, a payment method, or any other personal detail. There is no sign-in and no account is ever created.
The one piece of text you can enter is a display name on the Record screen. It defaults to "Plate Setter", is only shown back to you inside the app, and never leaves your device.
All of the following is written to a local Hive database inside the app's private storage. None of it is uploaded anywhere.
Ember Fusion requests no runtime permissions. It does not ask for the camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, storage, or notifications.
The Android manifest declares android.permission.INTERNET. That permission is not used by this app — it carries no networking code. It is declared because the Flutter toolchain needs it for debug-mode tooling during development; the shipped game never opens a connection.
The game is fully offline. It contains no HTTP client, no socket code, no third-party SDK that phones home, and no remote configuration. It works identically in airplane mode.
None are integrated. Ember Fusion contains no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising network, no attribution SDK, and no social login. The only third-party code is open-source Flutter packages for local storage (Hive), state management (Riverpod), layout and animation helpers, and the bundled Chakra Petch typeface (SIL Open Font License 1.1). None of them transmit data.
Ember Fusion is suitable for all ages. Because it collects nothing, transmits nothing, and shows no advertising, there is no personal data of a child — or of anyone else — for us to receive, store, or disclose. It is consistent with COPPA and the GDPR's protections for children by design.
Since nothing leaves your device, there is nothing held about you to request, correct, or export.
If this policy changes, the revised version will carry a new "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes to what the app stores or transmits will be reflected here before an updated build ships.
