Ricky Casino does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. It has no account system, no analytics, no advertising, and no network code of any kind.
Ricky Casino is an offline markdown notebook for writing, previewing, tagging and stacking your notes. The pages that follow describe, in plain language, what the app does and does not do with the things you type into it.
None. There is no sign-up, no email address, no phone number, no contacts access and no identifier of any kind sent anywhere. The display name you can set in the Profile screen is a label stored on your device for your own benefit; nobody else ever sees it.
For the app to work, the following is kept in the operating system's local storage, on your phone, and nowhere else:
None of it is uploaded. Uninstalling the app removes every byte.
The released app requests no Android runtime permissions at all. Its manifest declares none — not even internet access. (The developer-only debug and profile build variants declare INTERNET because the Flutter tooling needs it to attach a debugger over the local network; that permission is not present in the release build you install from Google Play.)
Ricky Casino is fully offline. It bundles no HTTP client, no socket code, no cloud SDK and no remote configuration. Nothing is fetched at first launch, and nothing is sent when you write, edit, or delete a note.
The Share buttons hand the note's markdown text to Android's own share sheet. What happens next is entirely up to the app you pick — a messaging app, an email client, a file manager. Ricky Casino does not see or record the destination, and it does not share anything unless you tap Share and choose a target yourself.
No third-party services are integrated. There is no analytics provider, no crash reporter, no advertising network and no attribution SDK.
The app is built with Flutter and uses a small set of open-source packages for local storage (sqflite, shared_preferences), charts (fl_chart), vector illustrations (flutter_svg), animation and layout helpers (flutter_animate, gap, intl), and the system share sheet (share_plus). None of them contact a server on the app's behalf.
Ricky Casino collects nothing from anyone, so it collects nothing from children. It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases and no user-generated content from other people. It is safe for all ages under COPPA and the GDPR's provisions on children's data, because there is no data processing to consent to.
None of this is uploaded, backed up to us, or readable by anyone but you. Uninstalling the app removes all of it.
Your notes are yours and they are already exclusively in your hands. You can edit or delete any note from inside the app. Uninstalling Ricky Casino deletes its database and preferences along with it. Because nothing was ever transmitted, there is no server-side copy to request, export, or erase — and no account to close.
If anything in this policy changes, the date at the top of the page will be revised, and material changes will appear in the app's release notes.
